Protest Procedures

Guidelines to protest results

Contest results will be carefully calculated and "double checked" to insure accuracy. However, if there is sufficient evidence that there is a discrepancy in the results, the following procedure will be followed:
All protests should be directed to Superintendent's office, 136 Ag Hall, FAX 405-744-9290.
All protests must be in writing, outlining the reason for the petition as well as the area in question.
To be considered, all protests must be received in 136 Ag Hall by 12 noon, Monday, April 28, 2008. In the event of a protest, the results for the contest in question will be pending until the FFA superintendent confers with the contest superintendent to resolve the issue. Results will become official on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 by 12 noon unless there is an unresolved protest. Protests that are pending will be marked as such on the results page until they are resolved.
